***Santorum: Obama leading Christians to the ‘guillotine’ 02/09/12 Finally, a politician has stood up and spoken the truth! The pastors, for the most part, have not spoken out with the truth. This may be exactly what I have been looking for. A man that is not afraid to speak the truth in public, and he is running for president! This very well may be the last chance for America.
“When you look and see what the left is trying to do in America today, progressives are trying to shutter faith, privatize it, push it out of the public square, oppress people of faith, strip their charitable deductions away from them, trying to weaken them, churches — trying to say that anyone who believes in the value of Judeo-Christian principles,” Santorum explained."

   The political scene in in America is fast changing as Obama and the Hard Left are energized to attack Christians. With the church so weak, and the church leaders hiding in the tallest grass they can possibly find, the Christians have become easy targets for the Hard Left Fascists. I can easily see Obama and his crowd turning the Occupy Wall Street mob against anyone who stands against them. Obama is not going to back down, and if he appears to, it is just temporary for political reasons. He is a hardcore, Hard Leftist, who is not going to back down.
   America is about to change radically. Please be anchored in the Lord Jesus and His coming for the church. The Blessed Hope will be an anchor for you during what is coming. The Fascists can taste the takeover of America. They are not going to give up. All of our faiths may soon be tested.

Commentary

The road to war wide is open in the Middle East. The rhetoric for war is still increasing between Israel and Iran. It seems that every day the rhetoric is escalating towards war. With Iran's hatred toward Israel, these are not empty words. Israel talk is for real.

God's Final Warning to America

So far, I have not seen any judgment connected to these advancements of the homosexual "marriage" agenda. What came to mind was the recent earthquakes off the coast of Washington and of course the San Andreas fault in California. I have always believed the final judgment on California and the West Coast would be connected directly to homosexuality. These two political acts advance what the Bible calls the "Ordinances of the Ammorites." It is these types of ordinances which triggers God's judgment on a nation. Commentary

I have been sending King James Bibles and other material to Zambia for many years. This is not connected with Brother Don, who posts on the blog about his ministry, Poured Out For Africa.

The Africans love the KJV, and this is all they want! What a blessing to send these Bibles to the Africans who respect the KJB as the word of God. I have sent many KJV Bibles to Pastor Moses, and he sent me a nice letter which is posted below. I will try and post a letter from him once a month. It is so exciting to serve the Lord as there are now so many opportunities to advance the gospel!

Calvary greetings to you and Happy New Year to you and many other Brothers there in the US in His name. I hope that you are well.

Let pay my tribute to you for all the support you have given to me in the past and what you have kept doing even this year. I have failed to find the rightful word to pay my tribute to you for all your support and words of encouragement and the life you have built in me. Every day I receive a letter from your hands it speaks volumes to my life and you may not believe how many people have found a blessing to all you have been sending.

Your books have received a lot of respect from a lot of people who have seen your non comprise to many faiths and speaking as the word is written. This is the thing that has been lacking in a lot of people who particularly follow were the wind blows, but with you, you have all it takes with the gospel. Thank you so very much for standing on the truth, writing the truth and speaking the truth. Thank you again for standing with Israel.

We have many channels which we normally watch which are more Muslim than Christians and this speaks the influence they have on the gospel. Every day we watch Israel being attacked and criticized by many. We have seen nations coming together attacking Israel even the recent death of the scientist from Iran is all blamed on Israel. The Tracks the The Holy Bible verses The Koran will help to inform many people about the Muslims and thank you so very much.

I received the parcel you talked about yesterday and thank you so very much. I have attached a publisher copy highlighting of the work am doing here inn Zambia as you requested when you wrote me. I will be doing it monthly and I hope that The Almighty God will be able to give the grace to be doing it. Among the many activities highlighted are: Feeding of the Orphans, opening of a community for the social disadvantaged in the community, the training of youths in catering as a way of creating employment among the youths in the community, the offering of peer education in HIV/AIDs and opening up of the Bible school now. These are all challenging programmes as they will need a lot of resources and responsibility hence the need for more of your prayers.

God richly bless you and thank you Servant of the Most High God. We love you and will continue to mention your name before our God who always count of the many tears we bring before Him. Let this year be the year of your greatest favor ever. God be with you.

February 2012 Update

As you are reading this article the Israeli Air Force may be on the way to terminate Iran’s genocidal nuclear ambitions.

My brother Willie and I, in the late 1970’s read the book, “The Late Great Planet Earth” by Hal Lindsey. We then asked the Lord to help us write a newspaper that would dramatize the events leading to the Second Coming of Christ. We printed our first copies in April 1980. In the summer of 2008, John McTernan urged us to reprint the paper exactly as we had in the original format. The newspaper rolled off the press identical to the original, we only added color pictures and a website.

Now over thirty years later we would like you to consider these ten questions:

Is Russia allied with Iran in an adversarial relationship with Israel?

Euro-crash….A slow motion train wreck

What we are witnessing in Europe could be a planned economic collapse that would lead to greater economic and political integration. Those of us familiar with the Hebrew prophets should not be surprised. It appears that the train wreck has already been filmed, and they are showing us one frame at a time.

Is there any way out of this financial debacle? Demands for ever-harsher austerity assures a euro-recession is all but certain. There is an immense sense of entitlement in Europe. Socialism works great until you run out of other people’s money. The three little PIGs (Portugal, Ireland and Greece) need $160 billion per year for their bailouts. Purchases of Italian and Spanish bonds by the European Central bank could top $500 billion this year. The goal is to keep interest rates for these bonds under 7%. This plan is unsustainable as Europe slides into recession. Spain’s unemployment rate just hit 23%, and 50% of young Spaniards are now jobless. This is a recipe for massive social unrest.

European financial markets have turned bi-polar. Bond yields for Greece’s one year bonds just hit 376%. Britain, Germany and Switzerland offered bonds at less than zero percent. These governments are now asking you to pay them for the privilege of lending to them! Blue chip firms such as Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson are lending to floundering European banks, inverting the standard debtor- creditor relationship. These distortions in the credit markets make investors nervous.

Greece is at the epicenter of the unfolding tragedy. The following is a true story. Diomidis Spinellis recently resigned from the Finance Ministry. His department created a database that was to be used to catch tax-cheats. Among other things, the information cross checked large money transfers and property ownership. Their goal was to someday balance the budget and set appropriate tax rates. The information would be passed on to the upper echelon at the Greek Finance Ministry. He became frustrated when the officials did little or nothing with the information.

The reason may have been corruption. After his resignation he spoke publicly about the 4-4-2 method of tax collection. Certain Greek tax collectors had an interesting way of serving the public. First they would shave 40% off your assessment. Then 40% would be slipped under the table and the remaining 20% would go to the state. A nice plan, 4-4-2. Is it any wonder that at the last summit the Germans asked that a Euro technocrat be appointed to supervise the Greek budget process! Of course the Greeks protested that it was an infringement of their national sovereignty. As the world staggers from one crisis to another, we see the words of the ancient Hebrew prophets being fulfilled.

The Last Trumpet newspaper dramatized future events including the Russian invasion of the Middle East, the rapture, the rise of the antichrist, the coming one world government all the way through the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. On the back cover, there is a clear presentation of the gospel featuring Isaiah 53.

John McTernan helped us distribute thousands of copies in the early 1980’s. In 2008, during the economic meltdown, John called and strongly encouraged us to reprint the paper, which we did. Now, an additional 50,000 copies have just been printed.

Also, I have been saving a scrapbook over the last 25 years. In the scrapbook, I have copies of newspaper articles that are directly connected to bible prophecy. I started doing this a few years after publishing the Last Trumpet. I now have over 30 articles that speak on the same subject in the same words as found in the Last Trumpet! When I show the articles to people, they think we found them and then wrote the paper. This is not the case.

The Scottish pastor Alexander MaClaren, a contemporary of Spurgeon, was quoted as saying….“The true position, then for a man is to be God’s slave…..Absolute submission, unconditional obedience, on the slave’s part; and on the part of the Master complete ownership, the right of life and death, the right of disposing of all goods and chattels….the right of issuing of commandments without a reason, the right to expect that those commandments shall be swiftly, unhesitatingly, punctiliously, and completely performed. We have been bought with a price. We belong to Christ."

He has chosen to adopt us into his family through the blood of the cross and we have become His children. He gives us the opportunity to serve him. He does ask us one simple thing, that we believe and obey him. We have the opportunity to become His servants. What an incredible opportunity!!! This is the same one that spoke the universe into existence.

During the end times, the scriptures speak of multitudes being saved. Jesus has given us all the opportunity to participate in the Great Commission of preaching the gospel to every creature. The last I looked it was not called the "Great Suggestion". We all want the Lord to say to us “Well done thou good and faithful servant.” Sad to say to some of us he might just say “Well” because we have not done anything. In order to have him say “Well Done”….you need to do something.

The famous prince of preachers Charles Spurgeon, in one of his sermons said something quite profound. It went like this. “Do something…Do something….Do something.!!!” When was the last time someone cared enough about your eternal destiny and shared the gospel with you!! It has been so long for me that I truly can’t remember. When was the last time someone gave you a tract? In Acts 17:6 the disciples were referred to as the ones who turned the world upside down. Could this be said of the believers of our generation? We are saved by grace and not by works.

The Jewish people at the time of Christ knew the scriptures. They understood from the prophecies that the Messiah was coming. Unfortunately, their whole focus was on the Second Coming of the King Messiah, and they did not understand the fact that he would first come to die for their sins as the Suffering Messiah. Their focus was on the Second Coming not the first. Most of the church is making a similar mistake. They focus on the first coming and ignore the signs that will herald the Second Coming.

There is not a more spine-chilling chapter in the entire Bible than Revelation chapter 13. This chapter describes the rise to power of a demonically inspired world dictator, similar in nature to Adolph Hitler. He is called the Beast, but is better known as the Anti-Christ. He uses a world financial system to control the people, as no one can buy or sell unless they are linked by a mark with a number to this system. This is found in Revelation 13:16,17 with the number being 666. It seems that everyone knows about the number 666, even those with little knowledge of the Bible, as it is identified as the devil's number! This is probably one of the best known verses in all the Bible.

For centuries, the fulfillment of these verses was a mystery. The mark was believed to be a tattoo. Christians believed by faith that, just prior to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus, a system would be in place where no one could buy or sell without this Mark. Commentary

The technological advancement towards the 666 Surveillance System is now surging on all fronts! I have posted incredible articles that are overwhelming, showing just how fast all this is happening. In the very near future, the federal government will have the ability to monitor everything about you. All that is then needed is some sort of a calamity for the people to give the government the authority to use all these controls. The calamity will come and the people will give the government all the power. The vast majority of the people will not look to Jesus Christ, but to a modern Caesar for peace and safety. What they will get is the Mark of the Beast and eternal damnation.

Commentary

Once again, I want to thank everyone who prayed for my dad's salvation in Christ. He did come to the Lord as His Savior just before He passed. His last few days were amazing, as he received a tremendous revelation of God's love. We all receive a measure of God's love like a small acorn, and then throughout our life grow slowly. My dad received the entire oak tree all at once! It was such a blessing to see him talk about how much Jesus loved him and he loved Jesus.
I spoke with the hospital chaplain who had visited my dad. He said my dad understood God's plan of salvation and had actually prayed with him! This was further confirmation that my dad believed in Jesus as his Savior.
Many people, including my family, asked me to write my dad's story because he had such a unique life, and his conversion was a true miracle. I plan on doing this along with obtaining the medical documents showing how God performed a miracle to keep him alive.

The fight is on as the Left is taking it to us. They want us destroyed. Their progress will only stop when the church has had enough and rises up in the name of Jesus. If the church does not rise up, we face what the Jews faced under Nazi Germany. The longer the churches wait the stronger the Hard Left becomes and the harder it is to defeat them. There comes a point when only physical resistance can stop it. We have either crossed this line or very close to it. No matter what happens, keep your eyes fixed on the Lord Jesus and His coming for the church.

I am sorry about not being able to keep posting the Daily Digest, but the events with my dad have kept me away. He will be buried Monday, so it will not be until Tuesday at the earliest that I can post.

I have received so many wonderful emails and comments that I want to thank everyone for your prayers and kindness. My emotions are overwhelmed right now. Even though I am 63, it is strange to think of my dad not being there. We were very close through the years. I am going to take my time and put in writing the testimony of what happened with his salvation in the Lord Jesus. It will be a permanent part of the blog.

The events in the Middle East are now racing towards war. I was away from the news for many days, but when I get a chance to look, it is clear the war with Iran is very close. The European economic meltdown continues to accelerate. Events are coming together, so that 2012 looks like the year that the fuse to Armageddon is going to be lit!

The foundation is forming to use the military against the church. The Hard Left reprobates are not even trying to hide they want to kill Christians. This is the hardening of the military. Commentary

I was notified last night that my dad passed away. He died very peacefully in his sleep. My mother was with him holding his hand. The viewing will be Sunday with the funeral Monday. I have great peace about all of this. The miraculous events of the last week will forever be with me. I have already been invited to a local nursing home to share this testimony.

What is so wonderful is that I do not have to preach but just share the testimony of my dad. This will lead people to salvation in the Blessed Redeemer. I hope this testimony brings great glory and fruit to the Lord Jesus. After what I witnessed, my faith is now 10 times stronger.

My dad is a living legend amongst people that know him. I shared some of this in my last post. He was knocked down so many times in life, but he never stayed down. With great determination, he always bounced right back.

He had a terrible back operation in the late 1960s and suffered awful pain for years. I watched tears like a garden hose pour from his eyes as he tried to walk with the intense pain. He refused pain killers and kept walking until the pain left. When my knees were injured and I had that terrible pain, my dad's example and the Lord got me through it without pain killers. I would like to give you one story of just how unusual was my dad. There are many other examples!

He was 75 and I visited him. My mother said, "did you hear about your father being arrested"? I was shocked and said "no". I asked him if he had been arrested, and he held his head low and said "yes". My mother then explained what happened. Dad went into a store to get something. There was a man smoking and blowing smoke into dad's face. Dad asked him to stop. The man then inhaled deeply and blew all the smoke directly into dad's face. This was the wrong thing to do.

Dad proceeded to hit him and with one shot knocked him out! The state police were called. After a while, mom went in to find him, and there was dad sitting handcuffed on a chair with the police holding his driver's license. The police were laughing and shaking their heads.

On the other side of the room, a young man was sitting on a chair. The police showed him my dad's drivers license, and he began to shake his head from side to side. The police came back and let my dad go. The reason was the young man was 25, and he was too embarrassed to go to court and have to admit a 75 year old beat him up!

As I was thinking about my dad and his incredible strength, endurance and will, I realized that this is exactly what I wanted spiritually. What my dad had in the physical realm, I wanted in the spiritual realm for the Lord. To fight for the Lord Jesus and His kingdom with everything I had to the end. To give NO quarter to devil. A fight to the finish until the Lord comes for His church. Dad never ever gave up to the end, and that is exactly what I want to do for the Lord Jesus. The Lord went all the way for us, when He went to the cross, so how could we do less for Him!

I will greatly miss my dad, but I am not going to look back. I will look forward to the Blessed Hope and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, when I will be reunited with him.

The way dad and I greeted was "hand's up" in a fighting stance. I guess that was the Irish in us. When I left him for the last time, we were "hands up," and he was saying "Jesus is my Savior". This is the way I will remember him.

Commentary

So many people have been praying about my dad, that I want to collectively thank all of you and update what happened. What the Lord did was a miracle, and how He did it was very special to me. I want to share this with you, and a little bit of my life and family history.

My dad, Francis Joseph McTernan, is almost 95 years old. He was born in Ireland and came to America in the 1930s. I asked him why he came to America. His response was that "he was starving in Ireland"! He is the last of the McTernans from Ireland. My entire family left Ireland and came to America. There are now more McTernan surnames in America than there are in Ireland. The family first settled in California and then later they came to New York.

I am his only child, and soon after I was born my parents divorced. My mother remarried, and I have a brother and sister from the second marriage. Later in life dad remarried. He never walked away from me when I was child, and we became very close. All through the years we stayed close. He lives a great distance from me, but I always visited him and would regularly take my children to see their grandpa.

My dad's medical history is almost beyond belief. He was injured in WW 2, and what happened he never talked about. It was something with his stomach. He is under the care of the Veterans Administration. All his life he survived one life threatening issue after another. He had two major cancer operations, one when he was 87, and survived both without chemo! Two major stomach operations, along with almost not surviving having his gall bladder removed. It was so infected the poison spread through his body. He nearly died from food poisoning and blood poisoning. I am giving you just a brief overview of his medical history.

When I was six, this was 1954, my mother was preparing me for his death. He had a major stomach operation and the doctors could not stop the hemorrhaging. I remember this as if it was yesterday. It was Christmas day and everyone was telling me about my dad. The door bell rang and my mother answered. She called me to the door and there stood Uncle Tom. My dad's brother-in-law. He was holding a big red sled. My mother asked him in but he refused. He said he had spoken to my dad. Dad was so sorry he could not see me.

Early in the year, I had told dad that I wanted a sled for Christmas. Uncle Tom said my dad told him to get this sled for me. He then handed me the sled and said this is from your dad. The sled was as big as me!

I took it and then watched him get into his car and drive off. I then turned to my mother and said, "see he is alive, he is not going to die!" Against all odds, my dad survived and lived to be 95!

In 1974, I turned to Lord Jesus as my Savior. Naturally, I wanted to share the Lord with my dad. He was hard towards the Lord and eventually, I had to stop sharing the Lord with him. He would let me pray with him, but he did not want to commit his life to the Lord Jesus.

I watched him go through many life threatening issue after issue with a heavy heart that he was not going to make it and go off into eternity without the Lord as his Savior.

Starting about three years ago, I noticed he began to soften towards the Lord. The tension was lessening. He had developed COPD in his lungs and started to regularly develop pneumonia. Many times he was near death but came back. Each time I would thank the Lord, and tell dad that Jesus was keeping him alive.

Two weeks ago he was rushed to the hospital with pneumonia. His breathing had stopped and the EMTs had brought him back! He was in the hospital two days and demanded to leave. A few days later, his breathing once again stopped. This time he had pneumonia in both lungs. The lungs were full of fluid, and he could not breath on his own.

I was told this was very serious, so rushed to get to him. When I got there, the doctor was just finishing a breathing test, and said he could not breath on his own. He was hooked to a respirator which was breathing for him. When I looked at him, I knew this time was different. His eyes were sunken and both his arms were hideously swollen. The legs were swollen, but not nearly as bad as the arms. The swelling was a result of his heart being to weak to handle the IV fluids. I did not think he could live another day. The doctor decided to keep him on the respirator for four more days, so I went home.

I posted on the blog the condition of dad, and received an overwhelming response! Again, I want to thank all of you who responded, and the response was from all over the world! With so much prayer and the fact that the LORD had kept him alive for so long through so many times he could have died, I did have faith. I admit not much, but I did have hope and faith.

Sunday, my mother called and said his condition was terrible, and the doctor was going to remove the breathing tube. Immediately, I headed back which is a five hour drive. So many people called and said they were praying!

I did not know what to expect when I walked into his room. Two days before, he was as close to death as possible. I was shocked as he was sitting up and looked 10 years younger! He looked at me and yelled, yes yelled, "Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, I am so happy to see you. Johnny I love you"! I was speechless as he was not the same man I had seen two days before. He said, Jesus healed me, it is a miracle. I was even more speechless. Then he said, I know that Jesus hears your prayers. I told him it was a miracle and that great numbers of people from all over the world are praying for him.

I asked him if Jesus was his Savior. He said yes, that he loved Jesus and Jesus loved him! He said that Jesus died on the cross for his sin. He also had assurance of being in heaven with Jesus. He also was shouting I am a new man inside, he could feel it!

Even as I write this, I am still amazed what God just did for my dad. As far as I am concerned, the LORD raised him from the dead in answer to all your prayers. There is no natural way he could come out of his condition at 95 and then sit up shouting in joy. This was a miracle.

His doctor spoke with me. She told me an amazing story about his medical condition. She was as shocked as I was about the way he responded. She then said that soon after the tube was removed, my dad went into a catatonic state for about over an hour. He laid on the bed with his eyes fixed on the ceiling. He was totally unresponsive to stimulus, including pain stimulus, yet all his vital signs remained normal. She had no explanation for this other than a stroke. I knew that he did not have a stroke, but had no idea what happened.

Looking back, I believe that my dad had an encounter with the LORD during this state. This would explain the joy he had and love he was manifesting for the Lord Jesus. I did not really lead him to Lord Jesus for salvation, as he was already confessing him! I was puzzled over this, but I believe God had used all the witnessing I had done, during this time he was in the catatonic state. The Holy Spirit used that time to give him a new spiritual heart!

This was a huge faith builder for me. God brought my dad from the dead and saved him! I realized now that no matter how bad it looks, to stand in faith and let God do the rest. I also understand that in a time like this how important it is for others to intercede. I had faith, but not to the level that he would sit up in his bed praising the Lord Jesus, saying "I am a new man inside".

I took time to share all this with you. I thought that background leading into the miracle was important. I hope this testimony helps and encourages you to increase your faith. If God's Holy Spirit could raise Francis Joseph McTernan from the grip of death and then save him, there is always hope.

My dad's lung condition remains critical. I believe that he is now living on borrowed time, kept alive by the Holy Spirit. The doctors are just amazed at how alert he is. One doctor said, with the amount of CO2 in his blood, he should be unconscious. In fact, he said it was the highest CO2 level he has ever seen in someone. God is keeping him alive. Dad may not live long, but God sure did pack in spiritual quality in a very few days. I am very thankful to my Father in heaven for what blessing he bestowed on my father.

One last thing. When I walked into the room and my dad was sitting up and yelled "Johnny, Johnny, Johnny," it did something to my soul. I received those words, as if I was 8 year old Johnny and my dad was taking me to a NY Yankee baseball game. (For all you Yankee haters, please do not hold this against us!) I felt just like I was little Johnny with my dad. The way he called my name, with all the excitement in his voice, took me back to my childhood. I think it was the Holy Spirit, who was now using his voice, that ministered to me. "Johnny I love you son."

Just before I left him, I put up my fists and said, "I'm not afraid of you"! He put up his fists and laughed. This is a way we played through the years. I then asked if Jesus was his Savior. He said that Jesus was his Savior and continued to say it as I walked out of the room. I guess that it was the very best thing I could hear: "Jesus is my Savior," and "Johnny I love you".

Commentary

I had a remarkable encounter with the LORD and my dad. Tomorrow, I'll share with you what happened. I really sense the LORD raised my dad from the dead in the ICU. Your prayers were heard by the LORD! My father made a confession of faith in the Lord Jesus! I thank you so much.

The events in the Middle East continue to rapidly rush towards war. I posted many articles about how the war is getting close. There is no turning back now. The great confrontation between the LORD God of Israel and allah is very close. We are watching it coming together day by day.

The economic meltdown of the European Union continues to match their bullying of Israel to divide the land!

Use the remaining time to grow in grace and stay focused on the coming of the Lord Jesus. Please do not waste what time is left. Use it for the glory of the Lord Jesus, as what you do for Him will last for eternity!

May the Holy God of Israel bless and protect you.

My father is very ill and is in critical condition. He is 94 and his lungs are failing. He has been on assisted breathing and asked that it be removed. He has pneumonia in both lungs, and short of the LORD intervening, he will not survive. I spoke with the doctor, and they are going to put an oxygen mask on him and give him morphine.

I am an only child and very close with him. Even though he is 94, this is very difficult for time for me. I thank everyone that has been praying and contacted me by email and in the comment section.

I have to travel a long ways to be with him, and because of the circumstances, I will not be able to update the blog. I will ask Geoffrey Grider to keep you update with a post on the blog.

In many ways through the blog and blog talk radio, we have all become like family. We are looking and waiting with patience for the return of the Blessed Redeemer.

I have met so many wonderful Christians from all over the world through this ministry. God bless all of you.

Commentary

A very interesting study was published finding that almost half of those that attend church state it has no effect on their life! I can relate to this. The vast majority of pastors do not preach from the King James Bible, so automatically they lack power, as the modern translations lack the anointing of the Holy Spirit on it. Then the messages are man oriented rather than God focused. The preaching on the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus is seldom, if ever, heard, along with preaching on God's holiness and the fear of the LORD.

This all results in vast numbers of churches resembling more a Moose or Lions Club rather than the church of the living God. All of them failing to stand for God's word, when the Bible came under attack with the modern translations, is now having a huge impact on the people sitting in the pews. God's power is hemorrhaging out of the churches.

Even more startling, among those who attended church in the past week, half said that they couldn’t recall any spiritual tidbits."

It really hurts me to bring up the attack on the word of God. It is very divisive, but then how can I say nothing when they removed the Lord Jesus is the "only begotten" Son of God. How God's Holy Spirit bear witness to such translations? This is the main reason God's power has hemorrhaged out of the church

I posted many articles about the collapse of the European Union economy at the exact time they are bullying Israel to divide the land including Jerusalem. God is going to destroy Europe as it touches Israel. The meltdown matches what they are doing to Israel. Europe has very little time left as they are determined to divide Israel. This looks like the year the world is going to feel the direct judgment from the Holy God of Israel.

Commentary

The European economy is now front page news. The ratings for many countries were lowered, which is going to drive up the cost of borrowing, and thus puts huge pressure on the already fragile economies. This is a huge leap in the downward spiral heading towards economic collapse. The economic situation for Europe is now 10 times worse than this time last year.

Some churches are upset by the new NIV translation. What really irritates me is that they want to make a stand for the accuracy of the Bible, yet said nothing when "only begotten" was changed regarding the Lord Jesus, or when the Lord, came to "heal the brokenhearted, "was removed! Why did they not make a stand back in the 1970s? It is too late to stand against the NIV, as it was corrupted from the beginning.

Commentary

The talk of war with Iran is nonstop. Iran is not going to back down, so the confrontation has to happen. I have no doubt that Israel will act on its own. This has all the potential to ignite World War 3 and the fuse to Armageddon. Remember, once this war starts there is no turning back. I posted lots of articles about war with Iran and what is happening in the Middle East.

The American political campaign is sickening. I look at Romney as the Republican Obama. His religious beliefs are just as weird as Obama's. The Mormon doctrine is so bizarre that it is difficult to understand how people could believe it. In fact, Mormonism at its core is highly offensive to Christians. It is not a sect of Christianity, but a radically different theology that has no connection to the Bible. I see Mormonism in the same light as I see Islam. Both believe the Bible was corrupted and their prophet came to straighten things out.

Romney was a disaster for Massachusetts, and he will be a bigger disaster for America. Oh, he has already stated that he would not reverse Obama's open sodomy policy in the military. Obama is a fast death for America while Romney would be a slow death. If Romney or Obama are elected, it is a sure sign that God has turned His back on America and has given the nation over to judgment.

February Vision Trip

Hallelujah---my heart is full because of that which I will share in this report! February 12, I leave for a special vision trip to Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Of course, I have been many times, but this trip has something new. Just like there is a new covenant, we are a new creation, the mercies of our Lord Jesus are new every day, this trip pertains to a vision for a new thing!

You see, this trip is to determine how the Lord would have us to bring Baptists, Pentecostals, and those who are non-denominational from America and Israeli Believers in Adonai Yeshua (Lord Jesus), together in July for a great harvest of Kingdom fruit! Imagine, Jew and Gentile from different parts of the body of Messiah working together in Africa to bring many to our Lord Jesus, making disciples through teaching the word, comforting the hurting orphans and widows---what a glorious way to see Abba Father’s Kingdom come, and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven!

Lord willing, John McTernan will be there in July, along with his Israeli Believing Partners, teaching the word to the Rwandans and Congolese. In February, I would like to arrange special Pastor Conferences for July in which Brother John and I will help equip the special Rwandan and Congolese Pastors, as well as all the saints. We may even be able to set up a public debate in Rwanda between Brother John and the Muslim leaders in the area.

From the early response I am getting, the July trip may be the largest mission team I have ever taken to Africa!

Oh, please pray for me that I may accomplish all the Lord has for me to do on this special vision trip.

The Wise Shall Understand

On tonight's show I will be teaching on proving that only Jesus of Nazareth can be Israel's Messiah. This is part two.The topic will be proving how the Messiah of Israel MUST be the Son of God. This was not invented by First Century Christians, but it is anchored in the Old Testament. Both the Muslims and Jews claim the Son of God is a pagan idea.

We also will be covering current events as they touch Bible prophecy.

I will be building a teaching section with Brother Geoff Grinder which will include excerpts from my books, and audio from blog radio show and a transcript for study. We are building the "go to" site to defend the faith against all comers. There will also be time for questions and comments.

Introduction

I posted a teaching about scientists merging men and machines. It is called Singularity and The Image of the Beast and a teaching called Genetic Armageddon. If you are a first time reader, I suggest that you read both of these articles.

Together both of these articles show that the scientists are on the verge of creating a transhuman. This is a beast that is part human and part something else. It could be part machine or, by mixing DNA, part animal. Creating a transhuman is right on top of us! The genetic manipulation is further advanced, but both are near completion, which results in a being that is no longer human.

I believe that tampering with the integrity of man is a KEY sign of the approaching Day of the LORD. God will put a stop to this at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It appears from Revelation 13:15 that man will succeed in creating a transhuman which the Bible calls "The Image of the Beast."

Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

From charting the advancement toward creating a transhuman being, it is possible to get an idea how close man is to the Day of the LORD and God's judgment. God must stop the creation of transhumans because these creatures are not created in His image and likeness; therefore, they cannot be redeemed through the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Man Now The Creator

Transhumanism shows the end of the road of man's rebellion against God! This is close, very close. What I am posting is NOT science fiction. What was once science fiction is now becoming reality! What was science fiction 20 years ago can be reality in the very near future! It is like much of science fiction is advertisement for transhumanism. It is softening the public, especially the youngsters, to accept it. These are incredible times we live in and do not be fearful: but grow closer to the Savior and focused on His Coming.

A HUGE leap toward the 666 Surveillance System just took place. I have been reporting what India was doing to bring its entire population under Biometric ID. It is now being implemented. The entire population, of over one-billion people, is now under this electronic identification. Apparently, India is a big welfare state, so this is easy to do, as huge numbers of the population are dependent on the government. They have no choice but to go along with this. Of course, the old stand by is used: it is being done to end corruption, protect from terrorism and make the system more efficient. If this can be done in India, how much easier can it be done in the Western nations! It looks like India is being used as a prototype. Once the problems are worked out, it will be ready for world-wide application. How far off is the Day of the LORD?

This System is being created so fast on all fronts that the completion cannot be far off. The technology to complete the 666 Surveillance System is now coming on-line with rapid speed. As the technology advances, which it is doing with lightening speed, it is being applied to the 666 System. The absolute perfect mouse/man trap is being created with no way out except refusing the Mark of the Beast, which means death.

As this System forms, how can we not draw closer to the Lord Jesus Christ? There is nothing left for us in the world. What is waiting for the world is AA: Antichrist and Armageddon. We are to be focused on the Lord's coming for His church. Time is running out, as God is about to unleash His judgments upon the earth and one is the implementation of the 666 Surveillance System on the masses, who look to Caesar rather than Him for protection and support.

Belle and Samson

This was a sad week for me, as I had to put down my dog Belle. She was over 15. Her health just gave out and she rapidly deteriorated. I do not mind so much when the dogs pass away, but when I have to put them down, it is heartbreaking. I have a special section on my property for the dogs and now have five buried there.

She is the end of an era because she grew up with some of my children, so I have lots of memories attached to Belle. Her pedigree was English Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I got her in Georgia and named her Mac's Southern Belle.

I have had dogs all my life and wrote a booklet called My Dogs - A Lifetime of Wonderful Memories. If you would like to read it, just click on the title. After having dogs these so many years, I can truly say that dogs are man's best friend.

Commentary

Once again God is showing His mercy towards Americans. The nation is rushing towards judgment. For the most part, the pulpits are silent to the coming confrontation with God. Most of the pastors are of the Laodicean spirit or hiding in the tall grass.

What God does is raise up a gifted, fearless football player who is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since Tim was a child, he publicly gave glory to the LORD. Now he has a national stage to give glory to the Lord Jesus, and he is doing it! Many hate and mock him for this, yet the more they mock him, the more it draws attention to his stand for the LORD! Look at the intensity of those that hate and mock him simply because he gives God the glory. This is the Hard Left reprobates that hate God and anyone associated with the Holy God of Israel. This is at the root of those who mock Tebow.

In college he wore John 3:16 under his eyes, and he became associated with this verse. Now God is using Tim Tebow's national stage to once again reach the American public. I believe this is one last attempt before the judgment on the nation. The secular media is promoting him with John 3:16! There are millions of hits on the search engines with people looking up the meaning of this verse. This is simply amazing to watch. What the preachers failed to do, God used a faithful, fearless football player to reach the nation with the gospel.

As events are converging this year, with the possibility of severe judgments on the nation, God has thrown out His net to pull in one more harvest of souls! When a person is faithful to the LORD, just look how he can be used. What an example Tim Tebow is for all of us. Please pray for him as satan would love to destroy Tim's testimony for the Lord Jesus.

Kathleen Harris was a good friend of mine. She had a wonderful voice and so enjoyed singing for the LORD. She passed away in 1999, and I now have the collection of her songs. I thought it would be nice to post a few of her songs every Sunday as a change of pace from the world events.

Kathleen was always full of joy and excitement about the Lord Jesus. Even when she was terminally ill, she never lost the joy of the LORD. When you listen to her sing, this joy can be heard in her voice. It was real joy from her heart.

Last September 20, was the official day when open homosexuality was allowed in the US military. I felt that this great offense against the holiness of God would doom the US military. It was very clear that the expense of the military could not be maintained with the massive debt that the US government was accumulating. It did not take long, less than four months, as Obama just announced massive cuts in the military.These cuts are not the end but more are on the way as the US economy melts down.

America is in rapid decline as a world economic power as the massive debt is going to overtake the nation. Now the nation is in military decline. The country has free fallen morally with the homosexual agenda rapidly advancing. It was the moral collapse which led to the economic collapse. The economic collapse then led to the military collapse. The nation is rushing towards a social collapse. It all started with America turning its back on the Holy God of Israel.

1John 5:7

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Commentary

1 John 5:7 is probably one of the most controversial verses in the Bible. The reason it is so controversial is that all the modern translations, except the New King James, remove this verse. But, even the NKJV has a footnote with this verse saying that it is not found in the oldest Greek manuscripts. This could cause serious doubt in the reader's mind that this verse is the word of God. This verse was never controversial until the modern translations.

The problem is the modern translations come from a different Greek underlining manuscript than the King James Bible. The KJV uses the Greek Textus Receptus, while the modern scholars reject this manuscript. This results in the modern translations missing the equivalent of the Book of Ephesians and changing words like "only begotten Son" into "one and only Son". One of the missing verses is 1 John 5:7.

I believe the modern translations have tampered with the very word of God, which is beyond serious. I want to take a look at the internal evidence that 1 John 5:7 is indeed the very word of God and belongs in the Bible, just as it is found in the tried and true King James Bible.

I was recently studying 1 John 5 and came across some interesting information that I never realized. I had never actually studied verse 7, but just looked at it as one of the proofs of the Holy Trinity. The first time, I actually studied it and asked myself what is the RECORD that the Father, Word and Holy Ghost are bearing record in heaven? To my amazement, I did not know. The following is a brief study to show what is this record and how important it is to our salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.

1John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

(In heaven the Godhead bears record but with just this verse it is not clear what is the record. In context, it has to do something with the Lord Jesus Christ.)

1John 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

(On earth, the Holy Spirit agrees in one with the water and the blood. Again, this has to do with the Lord Jesus' ministry but exactly what is not mentioned.)

1John 5:9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
(The witness of the Holy Spirit is greater than any witness of men. The witness has to do about the ministry of the Lord Jesus here on earth.)

1John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

(This is a very strong verse. It states that anyone who does not believe the record that God gave of His Son makes God a liar! I cannot imagine a verse stronger than this. This is so serious that the record is settled in heaven between the Godhead! But, we still do not know what is this record, but only that the Godhead bears witness to it in heaven.)

1John 5:11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

(Now the record is revealed. The record that the Godhead agrees in heaven is that WE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE IN THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD! Our salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ is secure because the Godhead is in total agreement and the blood and water of the Lord Jesus on earth bear witness to the record in heaven.)

If verse 7 is removed, then the record of agreement by the Godhead in heaven is also removed! Verse 7 is not a mere proof of the Trinity, it is really a proof that believers have total assurance of eternal life, when they are in the Son of God! God bears record in heaven that we have eternal life! The proof of the Blessed Trinity is actually a side issue which I had never realized.

How dare these modern translations tamper with 1 John 5:7, as they tamper with the actual record in heaven that I have eternal life through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is probably the strongest verse in all the Bible for the assurance of eternal life in the Blessed Redeemer. I would never compromise the authority of this verse for any reason.

While contemplating this verse suddenly Revelation 22:19 came to mind.

Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

This verse states if ANYONE removes words from the Bible, God will remove that person's name from the Book of Life. I believe that this warning is not limited to the Book of Revelation but the entire Bible.

The first verse that those who reject the authority of KJV point to is 1John 5:7. They claim it was added and is not part of the word of God. This verse happens to be the strongest verse in the Bible showing that the complete Godhead bears record to our eternal life in heaven!

How very sad that removal of 1 John 5:7 removes God bearing record in heaven for these people because it is NOT in their translations! How ironic, that by applying Revelation 22:19 to those that reject 1John 5:7, God does not bear record in heaven; therefore, their name is removed from the Book of Life. The very verse removed from these translations is the very verse which damns them, and it is exactly as Revelation 22:19 states would happen.

I cannot emphasis how serious it is to tamper with the word of God. Please flee from these modern translations as they are promoting deception and are missing an enormous amount of verses along with altering the meaning of words.

Just look at the subtle change in this one verse

KJV: Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

NIV: Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,

God's Holy Spirit would never remove "he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted" from the word of God. This verse alone shows how corrupted the modern translations are.

A Prophetic Look at 2012

Startling prophetic events took place during 2011, especially with Islam, disasters and the world economy. Many of these disasters, I was able to tie directly to events with Israel. The Japanese earthquake and the Joplin tornadoes are the prime examples. If the nations continue to come against Israel and promote the homosexual agenda, there is no reason to think the events will slow down during 2012. The events are now escalating towards the Day of the LORD.

Based on the prophetic word of God, this is what I see could take place in 2012. The Arab uprising is not even a year old, and yet the Muslim Brotherhood has already taken over many Arab states. All the Arab states around Israel are going to create an Islamic caliphate with the immediate target being the destruction of Israel. They will want to destroy Israel and make Jerusalem the capital of this caliphate. The move to create this union will accelerate during 2012. Any type of military action by Israel will also accelerate this union.

Tremendous pressure is coming on Jordan as the Muslim Brotherhood is gaining support. Jordan is the key in this caliphate, as the Bible shows Jordan is going to become one of Israel's leading enemies. Jordan is going to turn against Israel. If it happens during 2012, it is a sign that war is very near.

As Iran grows closer to obtaining a nuclear weapon, the greater the chance for war between Israel and Iran. Israel has no choice but to attack Iran to destroy its nuclear weapons program. This war will unite Islam against Israel and could overnight bring the caliphate together. On January 1, Obama signed into law severe economic sanctions against Iran. These sanctions go into effect the first week of March. Iran said the sanctions are an act of war. In response, Iran said it will close the Straight of Hormuz to shipping, which will cripple the world's oil supply. The US stated, it will not allow Iran to do this. The potential for war is great this Spring. It appears that 2012 is the year for this war as time has run out.

If the US backs Israel in the war or initiates the attack against Iran, it will be to defend Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is terrified of a nuclear Iran. Iran is Shiite Muslim while Saudi is Sunni. These two fought vicious wars to control Islam with the Sunnis winning. Iran is now moving to control Islam and Saudi Arabia is the in way. Iran would use the threat of nuclear weapons against Saudi Arabia to gain control of Islam. Obama loves the Sunnis, if he is not one! He will protect the Sunnis and use protecting Israel as the cover. I have no doubt of this.

The Middle East is ripe for the all-out war that is described in Psalm 83 and by so many of the prophets. The time has arrived as the caliphate is forming and Iran is on the verge of nuclear weapons. It is not, if the war will start but when. Watch events involving Jerusalem, as it is a possible that the war will start over Jerusalem. If the war does not start over Jerusalem, it could ignite a smoldering fire into the all-out war.

The world economy is about to melt down. Watch the EU to melt down in direct coinciding with trying to force Israel to divide the land. Based on all that I have documented in the last 20 years, God is going to bring down the world economy in direct connection to dividing Jerusalem. There is no hope for the world economy, as it is under the direct judgment from the Holy God of Israel.

There were incredible disasters connected to the nations touching Israel. I would expect the same to continue into 2012. The disasters will coincide with the nations violating God's prophetic word for Israel. There has been nonstop volcanic activity all over the world, and it is possible that there will be major eruptions this year. If the EU comes against Israel, watch the volcanoes in Iceland as a major eruption would devastate Europe.

As America goes deeper in national sin, the West Coast is in great danger. There have been numerous major earthquakes all over the Pacific rim of fire but not on the West Coast. The West Coast is now LONG OVERDUE for huge earthquakes. This could be the year, as the homosexual agenda continues to advance.

If all these events converge, it could appear to the world's population as Armageddon. The war in the Middle East has the potential to kill millions, destroy entire nations and create millions of refugees. The war would drive the price of oil skyward and crush the already fragile world economy. The combination of this horrific war over Israel, the world-wide social unrest from the economic collapse and mega disasters will lead people to think that it is Armageddon. In addition, there are numerous movies and stories about the world ending in 2012. If events break like this in 2012, it is very possible that people who are not grounded in God's prophetic word will think it is Armageddon.

I do believe that in this coming war that Islam is going to be defeated. The end time religion will be paganism and not Islam. A military leader from Europe could be the one who defeats Islam. He would be looked upon as a savior. A world government will form to put the economy and nations back together. This "savior" will have the ideas to create peace. He will call for a world religion to end religious wars. He will want to merge all the religions into one. The masses of people will follow him, and he is none other than the Beast of Revelation 13 or better known as the antichrist!

I cannot say for sure that all this is going to start in 2012. What I can say is that time is running out. How much time is left until Israel and Iran are at war? How much time before the Islamic caliphate is formed? How much time is left for the world economy? I believed that the end time events described throughout the Bible are now coming into clear focus. The world is looking for a human savior and not the Lord Jesus from heaven. They will get a savior, but he is nothing more than a deception to trap multitudes into perdition. The world has nothing to look forward to but the antichrist and Armageddon!

We look to heaven for the coming of the Lord Jesus for His church. From any angle we look, there is not much time left. Use the remaining time wisely to grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. What you do now for the Lord will carry over into eternity. Do not hold back, but go full speed for the LORD.

The focus in the Middle East is still between Iran and the US. At this point, Iran is not backing down. The great confrontation is on the horizon. It is not if, but when! Remember, do not be fooled by Obama saying he is doing this to protect Israel. He would attack Iran to protect Saudi Arabia and his Sunni buddies. He could care less about the survival of Israel.

Verse of the Day

Isaiah 2:4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Commentary

The verse from Isaiah speaks about the day when the Lord Jesus is ruling from Jerusalem after His Second Coming. Until that time, there are going to be wars which continually get worse until the battle of Armageddon. At this battle, the Lord Jesus will destroy all the armies of the world with His glory and His spoken word.

Iran is now on the front burner. The talk of war is nonstop. Israel is getting ready for the war. Obama says he is not going to allow Iran to build a nuclear weapon. Iran is now very close. Israel says it will not allow Iran to build a nuclear weapon, while Iran is full speed ahead to build it. Israel is not bluffing as its very existence depends on Iran not obtaining this weapon. This year could see the beginning of the war.

One issue that could trigger the war are the sanctions on Iran that are about to be imposed. The sanctions would cripple Iran's economy. Obama signed the law January 1 which will take effect 60 days later. This would mean the first week of March is the time frame for the sanctions to start. Iran said the sanctions are an act of war, and the nation would move to close the Strait of Hormuz. The US Navy said it would keep the straight open. Look for real tension to build as March approaches. This Spring could be very tense with the possibility of war in the Persian Gulf.

US sanctions on Iran's central bank. Tehran has called this an act of war 01/01/12 This is now a very key issue which could trigger the war.

"US President Barack Obama Saturday signed into law measures penalizing foreign financial institutions doing business with Iran's central bank, Bank Markazi - the toughest sanctions imposed yet over Iran's development of a nuclear weapon. The bill targeting anyone dealing with Iran's central bank seeks to force other countries to choose between buying oil from Iran or being shut out of transactions with US financial institutions and banks. The new sanctions will begin taking effect in 60 days – the toughest not for at least six months, giving Tehran some space to cooperate with international demands to call off its nuclear weapon program."

Iran warns US carrier to stay out of Persian Gulf 01/03/12 Iran is getting backed into a corner. In the end, the war is coming, and it is just a matter of what incident will trigger it.

"Iran will not repeat its warning ... the enemy's carrier has been moved to the Sea of Oman because of our drill. I recommend and emphasize to the American carrier not to return to the Persian Gulf," Salehi told IRNA "I advise, recommend and warn them (the Americans) over the return of this carrier to the Persian Gulf because we are not in the habit of warning more than once,"

The war clouds are gathering very rapidly. Something is going to break and start the war. Use the remaining time, which might not be too much, to grow in grace and faith. Keep your spiritual eyes glued on the Lord Jesus as everything is going to be shaken. If you are not anchored in Him, the fear and anxiety in the world could grab hold of you. There is no fear when you are anchored in the Lord Jesus.

I will be traveling until Saturday, and I just want to remind you that Friday at 9:00 PM EST is prayer and then Sunday at 9:00 PM EST is my blog talk radio show The Wise Shall Understand. This Saturday from 10:00 PM to midnight EST will be our special New Year's Eve service. Please join us, as we want to start the year off with praise and prayer.
The Sunday show will look at 2012 through prophetic scriptures to see where the world is heading. We will focus on the Middle East and especially Israel.

If you cannot listen live, the show is archived. The show is call in and feel free to call with a question or comment. We also cover Bible prophecy in light of the current news, so call in if you have a question.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Commentary

Last year was a great year for the blog and my ministry. The year started off, what appeared bad, with the injury to my knees which left me crippled. With the help of the Lord, I fully recovered and can get around just fine. My therapy ended in November, as they said that there was nothing more they could do. I recovered the full use of my legs. I learned to grow much closer to the Lord with the trauma I went through. I want to thank everyone who prayed and encouraged me.

For the year 2012, I am going to make changes to the blog. The blog takes a tremendous amount of time to do everyday, and it is draining me. I am going to focus on Israel and the Middle East everyday. As I gather information on other topics, I will post two or three times a week on this information. This will free me to post about the 666 Surveillance System, the Image of the Beast and Health. My goal is to regularly post on these topics, which I am unable to do right now. In the Commentary Section, I will post anything that might be critical for that day not involving Israel. I also want to post more detailed Bible related studies which is now very difficult.
Also, I will be more involved with my ministry Blessing Israeli Believers, as tremendous doors are now opening for this ministry. The BIB website is getting a complete makeover which I am working on right now. I also will be starting a BIB blog talk radio show on Saturday nights. Israeli believers will be a part of the show, so you can interact with them.

It looks like I will going to Israel this March to meet with the believers and really begin to accelerate the ministry. It also appears that in July, I will be taking an Israeli evangelical team to Africa! What an opportunity to take the gospel from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth. It is just like round two of Acts 1:8!

Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

I want to thank everyone who has already helped support Blessing Israeli Believers. There was a tremendous increase in support last year. Because of this, I was able to send $15,000 to the believer's prolife ministry and help save Israeli babies from abortion! As the funds come in this year, the giving will be greatly expanded.

Regarding my blog talk radio show, The Wise Shall Understand, I plan working with Geoff Grider to create the "go to" site for defending the faith. We are going to do a series of teachings on the show and set up a page on our websites. The audio of the show, plus a transcript will be posted along with the section from my books of the Only Jesus of Nazareth series. This will give the overwhelming proof from the Bible that only the Lord Jesus can be Israel's King Messiah.

The first topic will be that the genealogical structure of the Bible proves that only the Lord can be the Messiah. If He is not the Messiah, then Israel cannot have one! The information I will be teaching comes from my in-depth knowledge of the Bible that I gained from confronting and debating both the rabbis and Muslims. Eventfully, I will do the same for Mormonism and other religions.

I also want to update my first book God's Final Warning to America. There are two publishers who will publish site unseen, if I get them the manuscript! So far, I have not be able to find the time. Hopefully, the new structure will allow me the time.

The focus of my ministry will continue to proclaim the glorious coming of the Lord Jesus for His bride, the church. This message also includes the awesome Second Coming of the Lord with His church to judge the nations at Armageddon. This is heart of what the Lord has called me to do.

May the Holy God of Israel bless and protect you in the coming year!

World Economic Update: December 2011

The European psychodrama continues. It has been a two year spectacle of procrastination, dithering, and missed opportunities. Central banks do not employ emergency steps unless there is an emergency. This week European Central Bank President, Mario Draghi initiated bold measures to prevent a global credit crisis. Five hundred and thirty two banks borrowed $489 billion euro from the ECB. Interbank lending had become prohibitively expensive. The central bank’s loan program only addresses the symptom of plunging liquidity. Comatose economies like Greece need to boost their competitiveness and create a more streamline government that is friendlier to business. What is the root cause of the problem and is there a solution?

When we think of the European debacle of 2011 it is quite different from the American crisis in 2008. The United States of America was credit worthy in 2008, and the survival of the dollar unquestioned. Europe more resembles the U.S. in 1777 under the Articles of Confederation. Back in 1777 the colonies were not a cohesive unit. The Articles of Confederation set the stage for the U.S. Constitution, which bound the original colonies under the supervision of a strong Federal government. The Europeans may be using this crisis to create a super state, a United States of Europe. There is concern in financial circles that this new found money that was funneled to these banks through the ECB will be invested in more toxic sovereign debt of dubious value.

The emergency European summit on December 9, reinforced the concept of austerity at all costs. Angela Merkel the German Prime Minister and Nicolas Sarkozy, President of France, affectionately know as “Merkozy” finally agreed to implement strict budgetary guidelines across the Euro-zone. Angela Merkel pointed out that in a system where "sinners" continue to judge themselves there would be no fiscal discipline at all. Only a supranational body such as the European Commision could insure compliance.

One look at the social unrest in Greece gives us a clear picture of where this is headed. Austerity breeds economic stagnation. With the formation of the European Union, low cost loans became available. The Greek government was able to cover deficit spending and uphold a national pastime of not paying taxes. With the help of investment bankers they also cooked the books to make things look better then they actually were. This is why the Germans who tried conquering Europe by force in World War Two are exasperated. Conquest by currency may work for a while, but there is a good chance the euro will fall apart before it gets that far. In the last update, we quoted the German Finance minister. If you read between the lines, the Germans intend to use this crisis to create greater political and financial integration. The Finance Minister also suggested that the Europeans need a President of Europe duly elected by the people.: Shades of Antichrist!

A recent study by Mr. Atkeson, a professor of economics at UCLA looks at the volatility of bank stocks. His premise is that this is a barometer which forecasts major economic contractions. His study covers the years 1926 through 2011.

In normal times volatility stays below 1% and sometimes goes as high as 2%. It rarely goes above 3% unless something dreadful is about to happen to the economy. During the panic of October 1929, it approached 9%. The fear subsided after the initial crash but steadily climbed to 4% then 5% in 1932. By then the banking system had collapsed. During this crisis, President Franklin Roosevelt declared a national bank holiday.

Fast forward to the crisis of 2008 where it rose to over 7%. and then came down to normal levels. As we enter 2012 it is over 4% heading to 5%. When the stock market went up almost 500 points on November 30, 2011 and days later went down 300 points, this is an indication of bank stock volatility. It appears to be a indicator of the coming global economic collapse that will set the stage for the coming Antichrist and the one world monetary system.

Those of us who follow the direct correlation between the words of the ancient Hebrew prophets and current day events are not surprised. My twin brother Willie and I wrote the Last Trumpet newspaper in 1980. It dramatized future events including the Russian invasion of the Middle East, the rapture, the rise of the antichrist, the coming one world government all the way through the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. On the back cover is a clear presentation of the gospel featuring Isaiah 53.

Also, I have been saving a scrapbook over the last 25 years. In the scrapbook, I have copies of newspaper articles that are directly connected to bible prophecy. I started doing this a few years after publishing the Last Trumpet. I now have over 30 articles that speak on the same subject in the same words as found in the Last Trumpet! When I show the articles to people, they think we found them and then wrote the paper. This is not the case. The following are quotes from the Last Trumpet.

“Banks Folding Conspiracy Suspected”…The group consists of a handful of men that control banking and industry. They realize that if they can grind the economy to a standstill, the people will be desperate for a leader. The Commission will provide a leader with charisma and intellect that will put the world back on its feet.”

The second article: “Europeans Unite and Elect First President”

”In a vote of the ten member Federation Congress , an international political figure was elected to institute what some leaders say are drastic changes needed to head off a worldwide political collapse.” It appears that the stage is set, all the actors are in place and we are about to begin mankind’s last great act in this historical drama.

The Jewish people at the time of Christ had the scriptures. They understood from the prophecies that the Messiah was coming. Unfortunately, their whole focus was on the coming of the King Messiah. They did not understand that he would first come to die for their sins as the Suffering Messiah. Their focus was on the second coming not the first. Most of the Church is making a similar mistake. They focus on the first coming and ignore the signs that will herald the Second Coming. If we really believed what the scriptures say about the coming apocalypse, we would take action.
